Inclusiveness: Whether you moved once or a dozen times. Whether you moved as a child or an adult. Whether your move was your choice or not. Whether you are monolingual or multilingual. You belong here and we want to learn from you and with you.

Community: FIGT is something we do together. Being part of our community means connecting, supporting, and sharing with others. We are each responsible for building the FIGT community we want to belong to.

Generosity: We share our time, experience, knowledge, and expertise with others so we can learn and grow together. We recognize that FIGT is only possible because of the generous giving of our volunteers, donors, sponsors, and patrons. We are responsible for using this generosity wisely and respectfully.

Learning: We seek to learn from others, to ask questions, to always wonder what else we can know and learn from and about the global experience.

Transparency: We are honest and responsible in all our dealings with our community, particularly in relation to our strategy, governance, and financial situation.
