Development Director

Marcus is bringing his communications and brand consulting skills with over 20 years of experience living and working within international school communities across five countries — South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Spain, and now the Bahamas. In 2023, he founded ParentWise, a coaching platform built for mothers raising cross-cultural teenagers in international school settings. Marcus began his career as a teacher in Seoul before being promoted to Junior Program Field Teaching Supervisor at a 40-institute language network, where he led teams of up to 20 people. He has since spent a decade as a communications and brand consultant, building ParentWise's content strategy and brand direction from the ground up as a solo founder. He brings deep experience in cross-cultural team leadership, stakeholder relationships, and storytelling to his work.

He is currently based in the Bahamas, but plans to relocate to the USA soon.
