Serena Belluschi is a Transition Coach and founder of Serena Mentis, helping women who've built lives across countries, cultures, and roles navigate the in-between. She holds a PhD in Hematology from the MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute. With a background spanning over a decade in biomedical research and biotech start-ups across Italy and the UK, Serena knows both what it takes to build a rigorous career and what it takes to walk away and rebuild from a more honest place. Alongside her coaching practice, she designs English conversation groups for Italian professionals and is active in conversations on education, leadership, and international development, particularly in African contexts. She is married, with two young kids and recently repatriated back to her origin country Italy.
