What's Your Story? with Nina Sichel

Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2020

Time: 10:00 am to 11:30 am EDT

Location: Online (via Zoom)

"May you live in interesting times."

We are all familiar with this statement — but is it a curse or a blessing?  Does it depend on how you navigate through difficult days? How will you write your story of these times?

And these are certainly interesting times, challenging us to use all the coping skills we have developed over lifetimes of change and upheaval… skills like living with uncertainty, being resilient, and practicing compassion.

Join me for an interactive morning of writing and discussion exploring these skills as springboards for creating our stories.  Participants will respond to timed writing prompts and will have the opportunity to share their responses with others and receive some gentle feedback.

Everyone has a story to tell, and everyone’s story is different — let’s see how you, the hero of your story, begin to write yours.
