Revealing Your Emotional Logic

Sarah Kobrus will introduce us to the exciting therapeutic coaching method called Emotional Logic. This is a toolkit for recovering, resetting and renewing your resilience - the 4 R’s.

This event will be a mini session providing an overview of the approach with the opportunity to grow your resilience.
