Join us for a light breakfast in the grounds of NIST school to meet each other and start making friendships before the busy schedule begins. Friday, April 26, 2019 | 17:30 - 19:30 Welcome Reception All conference attendees, and those who have registered only for the Welcome Reception, are invited to mingle with friends, new and old in the 3rd floor Lounge. Enjoy a live cultural performance and authentic Thai light refreshments. Evening Activities Are you planning to go for dinner or on an excursion with friends/colleagues who are attending the conference? Do you want to carry conversations forward, explore new connections and friendships, exchange ideas, and so much more? To facilitate the spontaneous development of 'evening programs' during #FIGT2019 we suggest you come to the #FIGTTable (which will be clearly marked) and fill in an 'evening program invitation' with the details, so that others who may not yet know what they will do in the evening, can sign up and join you. Many conference attendees are new to our community - make them feel welcome! |
