One of the major attractions of the Annual FIGT Conference is the bookstore, brimming with expat-centric literature. The bookstore offers an excellent opportunity to browse and purchase some of the most respected works on cross-cultural and global living, as well as a chance to meet the authors themselves. Conference speakers and attendees who are published authors are invited to submit their books for inclusion in the 2019 FIGT Conference Bookstore. Author book signings are scheduled for:
Authors pay FIGT a 25% commission for all items sold in the bookstore. Funds raised support the David C Pollock Scholarship. FIGT members receive a 10% savings on the author's stated book price. This discount is not additive and is taken from FIGT's commission. Pricing of all books will be in US Dollars and payment will be accepted by credit/debit card only. After the conference FIGT will email each author a Royalty Statement of books sold and the amount due to the author. Payment will be by USD check, sent by mail, or authors can submit a Paypal invoice to FIGT. Other items that are related and of interest to the FIGT community (e.g., music CDs, DVDs, training materials, relocation workbooks, etc.) are also available for sale in the FIGT bookstore pending FIGT approval. Please complete the online form below. If you have any questions, please contact Scott Keehn at bookstoremanager@figt.org. The deadline for submissions has been extended to Sunday, April 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm EDT. |
