Tuba Kazmi

Tuba Kazmi, originally from Pakistan and living in Turkey for the last decade, is passionate about ensuring that everyone is seen, heard, accepted, and valued for who they are, without feeling the need to assimilate in order to belong. She believes that inclusion is far broader and wider than simply being diverse. This belief is what drives her. Over the last decade, she has dedicated most of her time to architecting and rolling out transformative strategies and initiatives to foster work environments rich in inclusivity, creativity, and growth within large, complex, matrixed global organizations across multiple industries, geographies, and cultures. She is currently Global Senior Director Inclusion Networks at The Coca-Cola Company. As a single parent, she is raising two children to be kind, just, and empathetic individuals.
