College Applications and Transitions with Dr Lauren Steed

Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am EDT

Location: Online (via Zoom)

Cost: FREE. Open to all

Can your TCK experience help you get into college? Can it hurt? Whether or not this is your year to apply to college, join Dr Lauren Steed to find out how to maximize your personal story when applying to college. She’ll explain both how to highlight those skills that make every TCK a desirable applicant, and what colleges are really looking for in your application. She’ll explain what makes applying from abroad different from applying from a US high school, and give you some tips for making the transition to college life as smooth as possible.

RSVP to reserve your spot!

This event is organized together with the
Foreign Service Youth Foundation (FSYF)

Dr Lauren Steed is a college admissions expert with nearly 20 years of experience helping teens and young adults navigate their educational journey from high school through college. She’s helped both expats/TCKs and international students through the US university and college admissions process through private consulting, test-prep, summer essay workshops and small group coaching. Her goal is to reduce the stress of the applications season and to help you find your best college match.
