About the Webinar

In this interactive webinar, we will be exploring the use of a storyboard technique to assess needs and expectations of pre-assignment / pre-repatriating individuals and families. We will be discussing the limitations of current needs assessment approaches and the challenges that this presents for HR, service providers and families. We will explore the practical application of the storyboard approach, including types of insight that it can provide, resources needed, timeframes, individual perspectives and effective facilitation.
