Ulrika Ernvik

Ulrika Ernvik, MSW and Licensed Psychotherapist (family therapist), lives in Sweden but grew up in Congo, and has together with her husband raised their five children in Thailand. She has during the last two decades served TCKs and their families all around the world. Ulrika´s special interest is in how the brain and nervous system is affected by the TCK experience. She is the author of the book "Third Culture Kids: A Gift to Care For". She has developed a lot of creative ways to explore and debrief experiences, and is also the originator of the trauma processing model SafetyStories. Ulrika is on a regular basis offering webinars about SafetyStories and how to support TCKs.
