About the Webinar
In this interactive webinar we will examine the latest best practices and strategies that contribute to a successful cross-cultural training program and which enables assignees to effectively enter and integrate into a new culture. These include: training methodologies, use of technologies, social networks, and support services which promote the successful integration of international assignees and their families into their new host country and their successful repatriation back home. Participants will identify the critical topics to be covered in a successful cross-cultural training program and their policies and use of cultural training. Case studies will be presented.
A model of a successful cross-cultural training and support process will be presented and examined. The model can be applied to any organization or sector and will be a “how to guideline”.
